Job Description:
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills by collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, building strong relationships across various functions and hierarchical levels, including National Sales and GSO.
Employ proactive problem-solving approaches and standardize processes, such as:
* Prioritizing cases instead of FIFO to support the Sales organization more effectively
* Forming cross-country working teams for faster resolution and better workforce flexibility
* Developing a feedback framework for non-GSO stakeholders to rate satisfaction with the work of the National/Enterprise Sales support team
* Implementing escalation and feedback forms for MO/CO/CS to facilitate feedback and improve case resolution
Manage projects and tasks by creating SOPs, distributing responsibilities, and defining timeframes for various teams.
Take responsibility for coordinating and managing team activities daily, fostering a productive and cohesive work environment. Provide consistent coaching and constructive feedback to support professional growth.
Create an inspiring team environment with open communication, driving creative solutions. Set clear, specific goals aligned with organizational objectives.
