We’re now hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to help us scale smarter:
generating high-quality leads, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring our marketing engine supports our growth with efficiency and precision.
What You’ll Do
* Manage relationships with national and international lead generation providers, ensuring lead volume and quality targets are consistently met
* Design and execute full-funnel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), owned media, and other digital platforms
* Generate and manage qualified leads through digital channels, paid media, and internal sources
* Plan conversion-driven content for paid campaigns aligned with Eltex’s value proposition
* Create weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance and lead quality, focusing on KPIs such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates
* Analyze results and make data-driven decisions to optimize channels and improve return on investment
* Collaborate closely with the Sales team, tracking lead outcomes and sharing insights to improve the conversion process
* Contribute to customer acquisition and retention campaigns, applying both strategic and tactical thinking
* Coordinate campaign execution with external agencies, ensuring consistent implementation of messaging, creative assets, and overall strategy
What We’re Looking For
* Degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, or similar
* 3 to 4 years of experience in performance marketing and lead generation
* Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation tools
* Solid knowledge of analytics tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, or similar
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize based on business impact and profitability
* Highly autonomous, proactive, and organized, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
* Fluent English, both written and spoken, as you’ll work with international partners and providers
* A genuine interest in the energy sector and Eltex’s vision:
