**About the role**As **Content Manager**, you’ll own Factorial’s content strategy in Spain — aligning with global brand guidelines while ensuring that every piece of content drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline.You’ll collaborate closely with **Brand, SEO, Paid, and Sales** to make sure our messaging connects emotionally *and* performs commercially.You’ll also mentor a small team and coordinate freelancers or agencies when needed — combining creativity, analytical thinking, and a hands-on approach.---###
**What you’ll do*** **Define and execute** the local content roadmap aligned with business and growth goals.* **Create and optimize** high-impact content across the funnel (blog, landing pages, lead magnets, reports, videos, newsletters, etc.).* Partner with **SEO and Growth** to increase visibility, improve rankings, and drive qualified traffic.* Work closely with **Sales** to ensure alignment, collect feedback, and adapt messaging based on performance and pipeline impact.* Co-lead campaigns and brand activations with the **Brand Manager**, ensuring narrative and tone consistency.* Use **data and analytics** to measure performance and continuously refine your strategy.* Manage and coach **a team of two content specialists** to deliver impactful, consistent, and on-brand work.* Collaborate with **global teams** to align messaging, campaigns, and creative direction.---###
**You’ll be a great fit if you:*** Are **fluent in Spanish (C2)** — native or equivalent proficiency.* Speak **English (B2+)** comfortably in a professional environment.* Speak **Portuguese (B1+)** or have experience with the Portuguese market — that’s a strong plus * Have **3–6 years of experience** in content marketing, brand, or inbound roles — ideally in **B2B SaaS or tech**.* Combine **creativity with a data-driven mindset**: you know how to make content perform, not just look good.* Understand **SEO**, keyword strategy, and funnel-based content planning.* Have experience with **GA4, HubSpot, Ahrefs, Notion, or AI tools like ChatGPT**.* Have managed or mentored team members and freelancers.* Thrive in **fast-paced, collaborative** environments with high ownership and autonomy.---###
