What you will do
The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks
* Own and champion strategic initiatives and specific scopes, such as market subsets or key projects, aligning SEM strategies with business objectives, market dynamics, and performance targets.
* Drive business growth through ongoing analysis: review and analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Support the development and implementation of advanced bidding strategies and ensure operational excellence through process optimization.
* Act as a key business owner for structural projects, working closely with marketing technology and product teams.
* Leverage audience insights to shape campaigns, contributing to our Prime subscription program and proposing growth initiatives.

What you need to succeed

* Extensive experience in SEM with a proven track record of delivering positive impacts on P&L and leading strategic projects.
* Deep understanding of SEM platforms, bidding strategies, and performance metrics.
* Strong communication skills and high business acumen.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar; curiosity to experiment with emerging AI solutions; ability to leverage AI for debugging, development, and productivity; adaptability to new AI features; interest in collaborating with AI as a 'pair programmer.'
