PbOn trade Location /b: Provincia de La Coruña /ppbr/ppbABOUT THE ROLE /b /ppAs the Field Account On Trade in the area, you will be accountable for creating value through driving sales and developing strategic relationships with key customers in the area assigned. You will create the legacy of Bacardi and drive key decisions that will significantly affect Bacardi’s full portfolio presence in the Spanish On trade. Your deep commercial knowledge, ability to develop strategic relationships and lead and inspire a Sales team will be key to your success in this role. /p pbRESPONSIBILITIES /b: /pulliAs part of the On-Trade team, you will need to contribute to deliver our 2 objectives: EFO new model. /liliBeing accountable for the implementation of the Commercial plan that delivers against customer programs agreed in the /liliCountry Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to the On-Trade customers /liliNegotiate in the Point Sales to deliver Distribution Visibility targets /liliYou will drive use of Picture of Success and approach to activate our brands to influence consumers at the point of purchase. /liliYou will identify opportunities and guide the development and execution of strategies to maximize Bacardi’s performance at On Trade customers in your region, achieving value creation. /liliIt is important to be available to work at night, visiting clients and checking activation levers. /li /ulpbr/ppbSKILLS: /b /pulliDemonstrable track record of performance in Commercial, field sales experience preferred. /liliDemonstrable affinity with On Trade, Events and / or Promotions. /liliSolid ability to organize your work independently and effective. /liliSolid negotiation skills. /liliGood Communicator and an active listener. /liliTeam player. /liliProficiency in the Galician language considered as a plus /liliEnglish intermediate to advance. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbPERKS OF WORKING WITH US /b /ppbr/ppAt Bacardi, we are committed to providing our Primos (employees) with a comprehensive Total Rewards package of compensation, benefits, incentives, allowances, well-being, and much more to meet the needs of themselves and their families.
