As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the IT Banking team that provides global service to the main SCIB units in Europe, Asia, and America. You will collaborate in the execution of integration, migration, and implementation projects for new products and functionalities related to syndicated loan operations, using the LoanIQ system. You will also participate in quality plans, as well as in evolutionary / corrective maintenance and functional support activities for the LoanIQ and DealPro applications. In all these tasks, you will work closely with other employees and service provider teams, according to predefined service models.
Main Responsibilities
1. Onboard the DealPro application across all involved areas within the bank.
2. Stay updated with the evolution of the application through new projects.
3. Ensure development of new solutions complies with standards without impacting service quality or performance.
4. Identify synergies and anticipate conflicts or dependencies.
5. Provide functional support for application development, including analysis, definition, and estimation of developments and configurations to meet business needs.
6. Design solutions and configurations in LoanIQ, providing guidance and best practices.
7. Optimize and improve analysis and support processes.
8. Ensure proper application use and integration with other systems, maintaining quality standards.
Experience & Skills
* Over 3 years of experience with Back Office applications for Syndicated Loans in wholesale banking.
* Expertise in syndicated loan applications.
* Practical experience with Agile methodologies, SQL, Teams, etc., is valued.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to resolve new scenarios and gather/document requirements.
* Flexibility, adaptability, and proactive attitude.
* Interest in learning new technologies.
Education
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance major.
* Diploma in Business Studies, Business Administration and Management major.
Additional Skills & Knowledge
* Knowledge of compliance and cybersecurity processes.
* Experience with functional segregation documents and technology risk.
* Intermediate English and Spanish skills (reading, writing, speaking).
* Interest in technology trends, good planning, communication, and teamwork skills.
* Ability to understand, explain, and document client needs.
