Our values: Safety, Respect, Teamwork, Customer Focus, Excellence.JOB TITLE: Continuous Improvement Program Manager- EMEAAREPORTS TO: Continuous Improvement Director EMEAALOCATION: Spain, France or UK, in a city close to a major international airport.MISSION: In close collaboration with operational teams and Operational Excellence, the Continuous Improvement Program Manager will be tasked to oversee and manage the successful delivery of multiple projects within our organization. The Continuous Improvement Program Manager will play a critical role in driving cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and delivering value to our stakeholders.To achieve this, he/she will rely on project management tools, lean methodologies, and other necessary resources. He/She will regularly communicate program / projects progress and ensure the involvement of operational teams and the sustainability of implemented actions.He/She will provide visibility to program / projects through regular communication on their progress.Finally, he/she will actively participate to our efforts in driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within WFS.RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and maintain standardized project management methodologies, processes, and templates to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.Establish project governance frameworks, including project selection criteria, prioritization, and decision-making processes, to align projects with organizational goals.Manage the organization's project portfolio, including project selection, prioritization, and alignment with strategic objectives, to optimize resource allocation and maximize value delivery.Program Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management strategies, and oversee the execution of these plans to ensure successful delivery within established constraints.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration and teamwork among project managers and teams across different departments or business units to promote knowledge sharing, best practices, and successful delivery of program outcomes.Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track program performance metrics, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, issues, and risks.Change Management: Lead change management initiatives associated with the program, facilitating communication, training, and adoption of new processes, tools, or organizational structures to support successful program delivery and business transformation.Culture Transformation: Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization, fostering an environment where employees are empowered to identify opportunities, experiment with new ideas, and drive positive change.REQUESTED:TECHNICAL SKILLS:Lean Six Sigma certification (e.g., Green Belt, Black Belt) or equivalent preferred.Experience in change management, with the ability to facilitate organizational change and drive adoption of new processes and behaviors.Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques, including Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process mapping.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, PBI) preferred.Fluent in English (C1 and above), other European language preferredBEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:Proactive, Leadership and team builder, Pedagogical with a sense of humility and listening,Rigorous and organized, Analytical mindset with attention to detail,Intellectual curiosity,Priority management.GENERAL KNOWLEDGE: Experience in Project Management (safety, cost, time, quality)Ability to prioritize actions,Change agent,Organizing, facilitating, participating in working groups,Ability to work on cross-functional projects with multidisciplinary teams,Grounded, with a factual, analytical, and pragmatic approach to issues,Leadership with excellent communication skills Maintaining an "alert" mindset for constant pursuit of performance.
