Nconnect Ibiza, one of the fastest-growing real estate and concierge agencies in Ibiza, is seeking a Managing Director to start as soon as possible.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing and improving daily business operations while providing high-level support to the CEO. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, solid business development knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of working independently with discretion and professionalism.
Duties include:
* Improving business operations
* Managing bookings (short-term rentals)
* Communicating with clients
* Managing calendar and time planning
* Organizing correspondence and following up on pending matters with limited supervision
* Responding to urgent requests
* Preparing documents and contracts
* Coordinating travel agency bookings
Experience and qualifications required:
* University degree
* Proven experience running a company
* Experience in short-term rental booking management
* Experience using channel manager systems
* Advanced computer skills (Apple/Mac proficiency required)
* Strong organizational skills and initiative
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Native Spanish and strong English required; French is a plus
* Strong knowledge of Airbnb platform
* High level of discretion and confidentiality
* Own car
* Flexible availability and mature professional profile
Salary dependent on experience.
