Mingothings International is looking for a Marketing & Communications Intern to join our team for a 4 to 6-month paid internship.

Internship agreement: Candidates must be eligible to sign a valid internship agreement with their school or university.
About the role
You will support the Marketing and Communications team at Mingothings International. The role includes assisting with marketing materials, communication documents, website content, social media, newsletters, internal communications, and brand visibility initiatives.
Mingothings International is part of a group of technology companies, you may also support communication tasks related to other brands within the group, always under the supervision of the Marketing and Communications team.
Main responsibilities
* Support the creation and update of marketing materials, catalogues, presentations and communication documents.
* Help organize a central database of useful links, documents, and communication resources.
* Support website content updates and contribute to new website projects.
* Support the preparation of social media content, including copy, visuals and adapted messages for different channels.
* Help prepare newsletters, internal communications, press releases, and corporate content.
* Help identify communication opportunities such as contests, calls for speakers, exhibitions, and events.
* Support the preparation of partnership, sponsorship and visibility materials.
* Help prepare onboarding communication materials, including email signatures, digital business cards, and employee packs.
Requirements
* Currently enrolled in a school, university or training program that can provide a valid internship agreement.
* Interest in marketing, communication, branding, and design.
* Good written and spoken English skills.
* Spanish is a plus.
* Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
* Basic knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
* Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, website tools, social media platforms, or email marketing tools is a plus.
