Our values are Passion, Responsibility, Transparency, Creativity and Humility, and we are pioneers in sustainable tourism through the Wave of Change movement. /ppIf this sounds interesting to you, this may be the place for you! /p h3Job Location /h3pBased in our headquarters in Palma de Mallorca, Spain. /p h3What will your day-to-day work be like? /h3ul libUnifying the channel distribution strategy /b in the region, aligning the Revenue and Sales Team with this distribution policy and strategy, ensuring and promoting best practices, providing ongoing knowledge, dashboards, business cases and conclusions for continuous improvement. /li libLeading and coordinating Hotel projections /b in the Commercial Area and new hotels’ opportunities in the region, aligning insights and benchmarking to ensure accurate Revenue projection. /li libLeading onboarding of new hotels /b, from pre-analysis to Revenue pricing landing, including inventory construction, ensuring Revenue guidelines and strategies are implemented. /li libWorking with the Sales and E-commerce Team /b of all channels to define promos and rate conditions that target the right customer through the right channels. /li libPlaying a key role /b in Strategic Planning, Pricing and Budgeting processes across the year. /li libMaximizing room revenue contribution /b through understanding destinations, booking channels and demand patterns. /li libDriving incremental revenue /b based on data-driven analysis, while anticipating market opportunities and conditions. /li libProviding leadership, motivation and support /b to the Revenue Team. /li libSupporting the Revenue and Sales Team /b with problem solving, coordination or decision-making as needed. /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3ul libEducation: /b Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration. /li libExperience / Background: /b More than 3 years of experience as Area Revenue Manager or Revenue Strategy Manager or similar. Distinguished experience in commercial management, distribution, account management or similar.
