The project
We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our Sales team in the Pepe Jeans Showroom, focusing on selling in the showroom while working closely with the team to create a great atmosphere for co-workers and clients.
What will the role entail?
* Create a cohesive story of the collection to present to customers
* Remote and digital selling to E-commerce customers
* Support the Wholesale Sales team throughout the selling process and period, from showroom campaigns to final shipment
* Monitor product and pricing competitiveness online and in stores
* Arrange product displays and demonstrate product features
* Coordinate final shipment of products to customers
* Analyze seasonal data (customers, sales, market research)
* Prospect new customers
* Create tools to support sales in ECI, such as reports and product books
* Train staff with product presentations and sales arguments
* Conduct sales analysis
* Maintain daily communication with departments like Customer Service and Credit Control for order follow-up

Requisitos
* 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role
* Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
* A master's degree in Fashion is a significant plus
* Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
* Advanced Excel skills
* Proficiency in MS Office tools such as PowerPoint and Word
* Passion for retail and fashion
