Profile: Business Development Executive Location: Madrid, Spain Join our fast-growing team at the intersection of AI, Web3, and Digital Innovation.
We're looking for a Business Development Executive / B2B Sales Specialist who's ready to take on big goals and drive real impact.
What You'll Do Prospect 50+ new B2B leads weekly in AI, Web3, digital infrastructure, tokenization, and emerging tech sectors.
Run 10+ sales calls weekly and deliver 3 high-impact demos showcasing our AI and digital solutions.
Close at least 1 new client each week for our AI and Digital Growth programs.
Manage CRM with precision and collaborate with leadership to refine our sales strategy.
What You Bring ? 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (bonus if it's in tech, consulting, or innovation).
? Fluent English and top-notch communication skills ? Energy, ambition, and a strong performance mindset.
? Agility, adaptability, and the drive to deliver measurable results.
