Work with the customer and within customer operations to fully understand and map the end-to-end processes that they use to manage their business Build and maintain customer relationships and listen/act upon the Voice of the Customer ensuring support and endorsement throughout due diligence and implementation Complete the due diligence checklist to identify requirements Identify new savings and service improvement initiatives leveraging operational experience, and support LLP operations teams in continuous improvement and growth of the business Redesign/engineer new supply chain processes to improve service levels and/or reduce cost Develop future state DILO process maps Document Processes and Business Requirements Documents to support operational and system designs Ensure engagement of customer, business resources & delivery of results with customer sign-off on requirements documentation Be actively involved in continuous improvement activities for the BU and support other team work streams as required Attend and support cross-functional workstream meetings as required Present compelling business cases to the customer and obtain buy-in to deliver the change Follow through with the next steps after a successful application What you'll need to bring
Degree in/focus on Supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration and/or mathematics 5 years varied experience in a logistics or solution design role Experience in managing supply chain design projects Excellent facilitation skills Strong analytical and logical thinking; ability to translate real-life situations into models for scenario comparisons; data manipulation & accuracy Excellent computer literacy in Excel & other MS Office programs Able to assess existing operations (internal DHL / customer) and identify areas for improvement Good Project & Program Management Skills, with relevant experience Experience identifying and assessing key impacting risks and developing mitigation plans Experience identifying sustainable, cost‑effective solutions within complex supply chains Ability to assess the full financial and operational impact of project changes within the customer’s supply chain and wider business What you'll need to do next
