Key Responsibilities
Business Partnership
* Embed security requirements into applications and AI solutions without limiting agility.
* Translate technical security concepts into clear, practical documentation.
* Support teams in understanding and applying security best practices.
Project Delivery
* Document security controls, configurations, and risk assessments for new and evolving solutions.
* Coordinate investigations with specialized security teams.
* Contribute to threat modeling and secure design reviews.
Operational Stability
* Act as the primary contact for security topics in live systems.
* Maintain documentation for monitoring and incident response.
* Support compliance by aligning documentation with policies and audit needs.
* Track and report the effectiveness of implemented controls.
Team Contribution
* Promote continuous improvement and proactively identify issues.
* Support and strengthen company culture through collaboration and best practices.
Professional Conduct
* Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
* Follow internal policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
* Encourage effective communication and constructive feedback.
* Support organizational values and assist with additional duties as needed.

Qualifications
* Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
* 3–5 years of professional experience in a similar or related role
* Proficient in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus
* Strong understanding of application architecture and data governance
* Knowledge of security frameworks and standards; awareness of AI/ML security concepts
* Experience producing high-quality technical and security documentation
* Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Strong team player who delivers on own responsibilities while supporting others
* Comfortable working in multicultural and geographically distributed teams
* Adaptable to change and able to operate effectively in a dynamic environment
