\nJoin us as a part-time or full-time Helpdesk Specialist! You will be responsible of providing technical support, troubleshooting, and technical assistance for multifunction printers, among other tasks. It's a 100% customer service job position (\n

- *WE OFFER:**
- Permanent contract.
- Full-time position: 39 hours per week, including two weeks of paid training.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m (split shift).
- Annual salary: 19.623,91 euros gross/year+ productivity and quality bonus of approximately €160 gross/month (€1,960 gross/year).
- Training planned for 2 weeks (on-contract, fully paid): 7th of April 2026.

- *REQUIREMENTS:**
- Bilingual/native/excellent level of German + good level of English.
- Interest in starting at the beginning of April.
- Experience in technical support, technical assistance, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of information technology and operating systems.
- Strong customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
