Key Responsibilities:Partner with stakeholders to elicit, document and validate business requirements.Translate business needs into functional specifications for microservices and API-based solutions.Collaborate with architects and developers to design scalable service-oriented architectures.Analyze and optimize database queries, stored procedures and PL/SQL logic.Define and document API contracts, payloads and integration workflows.Support testing activities by validating API responses, database transactions and service interactions.Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning and prioritization of technical features.Ensure alignment between business processes and the technical architecture.
Skills:Essential:Strong experience as a Business Analyst in technical environments.Solid understanding of microservices architectures and API-driven ecosystems.Expertise with PL/SQL and data workflows.Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex needs into actionable specifications.Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.Proficiency with Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio or SQL Developer.High level of English (B2+).Desirable:Experience working on multi-platform integrations.Understanding of QA processes, test scenarios and defect management.Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams (Dev, QA, Operations).
