You will expand our market share and introduce our solutions to new target audiences.You will ensure the success of existing products in Germany and explore new segments. You will research market functions, maintain a curious mindset to learn about our solutions and industries, identify opportunities, and translate them into actions. You are proactive in establishing contacts and building relationships.You will conduct market research to find leads, visit prospects (digitally), and aim to close deals. You recognize commercial opportunities, generate ideas, and implement practical solutions. You are skilled at analyzing customer challenges and aligning our solutions to meet their needs.Skills And RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a commercial field.Analytical skills to research markets.Experience in IT Services / Software Product Selling (Application Development, IT Operations, Cloud, etc.)Experience in new business development and building relationships.Excellent German and English communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to ask the right questions, tell compelling stories, and empathize with clients’ challenges.Go-getter attitude.Living in Spain and in possession of a NIE number.Willing to travel within Europe if necessary.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market research and identify potential customers based on the client persona.Draft creative emails tailored to potential customers’ profiles and business needs.Call potential customers to understand their pain points, introduce Decos, and schedule discovery calls.Proactively find and convert potential clients into new customers.Maintain all data efficiently in CRM (HubSpot) and spreadsheets.Promote Decos on digital channels (LinkedIn, Clutch, Medium, etc.) to generate leads.Gain insights into clients’ urgent business problems and map how our solutions can add value.WHEN?
