AI Application Manager,you own the Marketing application portfolio and the expanding set of AI-enabled capabilities that support Global Marketing. You drive the delivery of the Marketing AI roadmap and ensure seamless operation of core marketing apps, websites and AI tools. You work closely with Marketing, AI, IT and external partners to turn AI strategy into practical, scalable solutions. This role combines hands-on delivery with change leadership, enabling cross-functional programs from discovery to activation and measurement with a focus on governance and secure, integrated workflows.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Drive delivery of the Marketing AI roadmap from kickoff to production, managing timelines and decisions. - Maintain and evolve the core Marketing application portfolio (Aprimo DAM, Salsify PIM, Duracell/Procell websites;
legacy solutions), ensuring stability and readiness for AI use cases. - Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and vendors via pilots/POCs;
advise on scale, pause,or stop decisions. - Collaborate with the AI team to stand up Marketing Brain: metadata standards, tagging, trackers, MMM, campaign reports for AI readability. - Deploy and improve AI-augmented workflows in Aprimo Work Management;
standardize briefs, approvals, and audit trails;
scale from pilot regions to global. - Lead project and change-request initiation across Marketing IT and AI portfolio;
escalate and keep delivery moving, using PMO where relevant. - Support Generative Engine Optimization and AI shopping: PDP/.Com content optimization, LLM visibility, feeding insights to roadmap. - Run support and operations: incident management, RCA, escalation, reviews;
ensure security, hosting and documentation meet Duracell standards.Responsabilidades - Experience managing enterprise Marketing applications across full lifecycle (DAM, PIM, Marketing websites). - Hands-on delivery of technology projects in Marketing/digital content with AI or GenAI use cases. - Strong delivery mindset;
able to run multiple initiatives, pilot/POC work, and make build/buy decisions. - Ability translating Marketing user requirements into solutions and automated workflows;
collaboration with software providers and agencies. - Understanding of metadata, taxonomies and content governance;
awareness of AI governance (brand models, automated QA) in a global brand context. - Strong communication skills;
