At Wipak Iberica, we are looking for a QHES Manager to lead and develop our Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental strategy, ensuring the highest standards across our organization.
Your mission
You will drive a strong safety culture and operational excellence, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the QHES strategy at plant level
- Ensure compliance with legal and corporate standards
- Implement and improve management systems (ISO, audits, etc.)
- Promote a strong safety culture
- Manage internal and external audits
- Deliver training and awareness initiatives
- Assess risks and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with local and international teams
What we’re looking for
- Proactive and positive actitute
- Proven experience in QHES roles within industrial environments, specially in flexible packaging
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001)
- Analytical and results-driven mindset
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good level of English
- Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences or similar
