About the Role
We are currently seeking a motivated and experiencedFirst Mateto join a 36m Support Vessel with a dynamic crew.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Bosun ready to step up, or a First Mate looking to grow further within a professional programme.
The vessel operates with two tenders, and the role requires strong large tender driving experience, solid seamanship, and hands‐on leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversight of deck operations
* Management of deck team (6 crew onboard)
* Large tender driving and operations (2 tenders)
* General maintenance and deck organisation
* Bridge support and navigational assistance
* Assisting across departments when required

Candidate Profile

* Yachtmaster Offshore (minimum)
* 3–4 years industry experience
* Previous management experience (Bosun or First Mate level)
* Strong tender driving background
* Confident, organised and proactive
* Fluent English
* Australian or English nationality preferred
* Positive attitude and team player
