Your role at Hostinger
Senior Partnerships Manager in the Partnerships team. As part of Hostinger's Partnerships team, you'll be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and liaising with B2C partners such as influencers and affiliates in English-speaking markets (US and UK). In this role, you'll collaborate closely with marketing, growth, and content teams to drive impactful partnerships and contribute to Hostinger鈥檚 growth.

What You Will Do:
* Identify, recruit, and engage potential partners: influencers, affiliates.
* Build and systematically manage a pipeline of new potential partnerships.
* Conduct negotiations both: internally and externally to materialize high-impact deals.
* Nurture the existing relationships with partners to deepen the partnerships, enable growth, and increase sales.
* Run and monitor partners' marketing campaigns.
* Handle multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Measure, analyze, and optimize the performance.
* Report and identify areas of new opportunities.
* Leverage data to drive actionable decisions that inform and help the business grow.
* Report on goals progress, forecasts, results, and challenges.
What We Expect:
* Proven experience working with digital performance marketing.
* Proven experience in B2C partnerships management (influencer, affiliate marketing - an advantage).
* Sharp sales, and analytical skills, including proficiency in using web and data analytic tools.
* High attentiveness to details combined with proactiveness
* Will have to work independently as well as in a collaborative yet demanding team environment.
* Strong know-how of the US/UK Market (other English speaking markets would be valuable)
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Experience working with international tech/digital products would be a plus.
