Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications for Oracle EBS, data platforms, and digital transformation initiatives. Partner with stakeholders across supply chain, commercial, and risk management to drive process improvements and system enhancements

Must-Have Skills
* Consumer Packaged Goods domain must have
* Requirements elicitation and Business Requirements Document (BRD) writing
* We need functional knowledge of Oracle EBS and not hands-on.
* Person needs to know atleast 3 modules overall in the Oracle EBS
* User story creation with acceptance criteria (Jira/Azure DevOps)
* Backlog management, grooming, and prioritization
* Stakeholder engagement and change management
* Process mapping and workflow analysis (BPMN)
* Domain analysis and gap identification
* AI-driven requirements analysis and documentation tools
* Data validation using SQL queries
* Atleast knowledge on 3 modules from below.
* Financials (GL, AP, AR),
* Supply Chain Management (Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management),
* Human Capital Management (HRMS),
* Manufacturing, and Projects
