RED is currently looking for a Business Analyst to join one of our global clients on a premium-level engagement within an airline maintenance environment.

Responsibilities:
* Engage with MRO stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges and opportunities for AI solutions
* Translate complex business problems into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria
* Facilitate workshops and design sessions to align business needs with product roadmap
* Support backlog refinement, roadmap planning and delivery execution
* Identify dependencies, risks and ensure scalable solutions across business units
Requirements:
* Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in agile environments
* Strong understanding of airline maintenance (MRO) or xiphteb similar asset-intensive operations
* Experience working with data-driven or AI/ML-enabled solutions
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to work in fast-paced, product-centric teams
* Willingness to be on-site in London initially and travel internationally
