Remote Growth Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover)
Contract Duration: 9–12 months (maternity cover)
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to cover maternity leave and lead digital demand-generation and funnel-optimization initiatives.
You will own MediGuide’s digital growth engine, focusing on inbound lead generation, conversion funnel optimization, and digital initiatives that accelerate our B2B sales pipeline. You will collaborate closely with our global Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure marketing efforts directly contribute to high-quality MQL generation, nurturing, and conversion into SQLs.
This role is ideal for a highly analytical, digital-first marketer with strong experience in B2B performance marketing, LinkedIn Ads, website optimization, and SEO.
Develop and manage SEO strategy, including keyword research, content recommendations, and technical improvements to drive qualified inbound traffic.
UX improvements, conversion rate optimization, landing page creation, and performance tracking.
Identify, test, and scale new digital growth channels suitable for B2B healthcare (e.g., industry platforms, partnerships, webinars, targeted content syndication).
Create effective lead-nurturing workflows to support progression from MQL to SQL.
Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to develop marketing collateral and content that enhances the sales cycle and supports a seamless client onboarding experience.
Track and analyze key metrics (MQL volume, CPL, conversion rates, cost per SQL, website performance, SEO progress) and use insights to improve ROI and guide decision-making.
Exceptional English communication skills.
~3–5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally within healthcare, insurance, employee benefits, SaaS, or professional services.
~ Experience in SEO management, analytics, and website performance optimization.
~ Hands-on knowledge of conversion funnels, lead scoring, and CRM/marketing automation tools.
~ Highly analytical mindset with a strong command of attribution and performance metrics.
~ Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment: self-driven and proactive.
~ Strong project management skills: able to execute, iterate, and deliver quickly.
Experience with healthcare or insurance B2B markets.
Experience with HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar CRM tools.
Full-time remote role. Ownership of MediGuide’s B2B digital growth strategy.
