Ready to join one of our Graduate Programs in Spain? We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The internship starts June/July2026 and runs until May2027, with a full‑time 11‑month training block starting early October2026. You will study a Master in training blocks while completing an internship at Airbus in a field related to your degree. An attractive study grant is provided.
Responsibilities
Document and Administrative Support File Management:
Assist in organizing, classifying, and filing documentation related to preventive management (risk assessments, preventive planning, industrial hygiene reports, etc.), investment management, and growth and development project management.
Support the digitalization of files and the ongoing maintenance of coordination system databases.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications related to these areas.
Support in Coordination and Action Planning:
Collaborate in scheduling and monitoring periodic reviews, internal audits, and scheduled actions and activities.
Assist in the logistical coordination of informational and training sessions for staff (invitations, attendance tracking, material distribution).
Assistance in Monitoring and Control:
Assist in recording the distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Accompany staff on safety inspections or facility walkthroughs to collect and manage data.
Research and Continuous Improvement:
Search for and compile legislative or technical information relevant to the management system.
Collaborate in tabulation and basic analysis of data (accident rates, OHS indicators, costs and investments, project progress).
Support activities and initiatives aimed at promoting preventive safety culture among company staff (communication campaigns, recognition and incentive systems).
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering or Health & Safety.
English negotiation level (B2 or higher).
General knowledge of Law 31/1995 (Spanish Occupational Risk Prevention Law) and its implementing regulations.
Proactive, organized with strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
Excellent communication skills and absolute discretion when handling sensitive data.
