Experteer Overview As Sales Manager - Service you will lead the service sales team in Sunshine West, driving revenue growth and strengthening customer partnerships. You will shape the sales strategy, manage the pipeline, and ensure targets are met by collaborating with service, engineering and operations. You will work to identify opportunities in existing and new accounts while keeping CRM data accurate and actionable. - Lead and develop the service sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Grow revenue by identifying opportunities within existing and new customer accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers through regular engagements
- Maintain accurate CRM records for leads, contacts, and opportunities
- Manage a healthy sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly revenue targets
- Identify regional growth opportunities and convert them into new business
- Respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and negotiate pricing/delivery timelines
- Collaborate with service, engineering and operations to deliver tailored solutions
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Participate in weekly sales coaching and share activity, forecasts and opportunities with the branch teamResponsabilidades
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales management role or equivalent
- In-depth knowledge of Konecranes and Demag Service products
- Understanding of Australian standards related to overhead cranes/hoists (advantage)
- Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Current and valid Driver Licence
- Strong organisational, customer relations, analytical and interpersonal skills
