Key responsibilities in this role
* Build, motivate, and mentor a high-performing inside sales team to lead sales conversations
* Coach team members on customer sales calls and demos
* Lead the team to meet and exceed sales targets by generating pipelines, accelerating opportunities, and closing deals
* Assess risks and develop performance improvement plans during weekly reviews with management and team members
* Ensure operational excellence in response rates, conversions, pipeline management, and accuracy
* Engage in customer conversations across all solution areas, utilizing available learning resources
* Set and manage productivity and sales targets aligned with market trends
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish, plus English
* Over 3 years of sales or business development experience
* Over 3 years of team management experience, including at least 2 years in automotive sales management, leading teams of 8 or more
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of coaching teams over various communication channels
* Experience engaging with C-level executives and decision-makers in the industry
* Basic knowledge of the IT industry with quick learning ability about systems, processes, and products
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and at least 3 years using CRM tools like Dynamics or Salesforce
* Bachelor's or associate degree required
