WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical or functional role.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Experience working with digital touchpoints (web, mobile, CRM, or omnichannel systems).
- Strong understanding of requirements gathering and process mapping.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in fast-paced environments.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Conduct end-to-end analysis of existing processes, systems, and digital customer touchpoints to identify improvements.
- Use analytical tools to extract insights from large datasets and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Create comprehensive documentation of requirements, processes, and proposed solutions.
- Communicate insights and findings clearly to technical teams, business leaders, and non-technical audiences.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design, evaluate, and validate digital solutions.
- Provide expert input on feasibility, risks, and benefits of proposed initiatives.
- Support project planning by helping define scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
- Continuously identify opportunities for optimization and contribute to innovation efforts.
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
