The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and expanding the Financial Risk practice, leading high-impact engagements, and serving as a trusted advisor to senior executives across top-tier financial institutions.

Develop differentiated service lines and innovative value propositions.
\n
Act as the senior point of contact for the banks, driving the relationship and identifying new growth opportunities.

Strengthen the firm’s presence across other major banks
\n
Project & Delivery Leadership
\n
Credit Risk : lifecycle (origination, monitoring, recovery), IRB/IFRS 9 models, credit parameter estimation.
\n
Cross-risk frameworks : risk appetite, stress testing, ICAAP, governance.
\n
Ensure excellence in project delivery, stakeholder management, and quality assurance.
\n
Desirable: experience or familiarity with enablers such as generative AI, machine learning, model risk management (MRM), automation, data governance, or cloud analytics.

Business Development
\n
Lead end-to-end commercial processes, including needs assessment, solution design, pricing, and negotiation.
\n
Represent the firm in industry forums, events, and thought leadership initiatives.
\n
Support and grow a team of specialists in financial risk.
\n
10–12+ years of experience in financial risk consulting or senior roles within the risk function of a financial institution.
\n
~ Deep expertise in financial risk management, particularly credit risk .
\n
~ Proven experience managing senior executive relationships in banking
\n
