Main mission
To be the single point of contact of the business team for Core Applications in Europe
Key Individual Accountabilities
Provide quotation & pricing E2E Support
* Provide support to Q&P,MySchnider champion, be the support first level of escalation, address & coordinate critical issues resolution with the Q&P support teams
* Challenge support teams on issues resolution
Manage Business IT Demand
- Clarify needs expressed by Champions, do a first validation of request (look for alternative on standard Q&P solution, verify compatibility with core process and solution involving platforms experts)
-Transform the champion request into a demand understandable by Q&P teams (functional specifications)
- Ensure that business needs are correctly prioritized by Q&P teams, follow up realization, provide regular report on on-going demands
Support releases deployment
- Understand & promote new features, participate and support to UATs campaign including non-regression tests, insure communication to the Q&P community
Manage relationship with champions & BPO (Business Process Owner)
- Setup regular Service (perf, SLA, ...) follow up meeting with Business
- Provide information about Q&P solution evolution
- Follow up action plan to address issues and business needs
Manage relationship with the Q&P teams
Key Shared Accountabilities
Part of the support chain in front of the business champions
Part of the delivery team (get the UATs sign-off)
