Responsibilities:
Draft and review legal and contractual documentation for various needs across departments (e.G., commercial, construction management, procurement, HR).Identify risks in legal and contractual documents, propose mitigation measures, and negotiate, draft, and supervise agreements related to Tenders, shareholder agreements, risk matrices, EPC, O&M, Concessions, PPA contracts, and energy purchase agreements.Advise on company acquisitions.Study, prepare lawsuits and judicial and extrajudicial procedures, and provide court assistance.Requirements:
Law degree.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.Experience in public procurement, international contracts, concessions, and photovoltaic projects.Previous legal advisory experience in a corporate setting.High level of English (negotiation), spoken and written (C1).French proficiency (B2) is valued.Proficiency in Office suite, ideally advanced level.Additional information:
