Key Account Manager – Naturitas

Naturitas is an e-commerce company dedicated to natural products that care for people and the planet: organic and eco-friendly food, natural cosmetics, supplements, and more. With a presence in over 20 countries, we are looking for a Key Account Manager to help expand our operations in Germany and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing suppliers
- Introduce and assess new catalog products
- Analyze sales performance and margins to drive growth
- Manage pricing and monitor the market
- Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers
- Activate on-site promotions and visibility opportunities to capture brand investment
- Launch targeted CRM campaigns
- Propose improvements to SEM strategy, CRM/social media copy, and product listings
- Optimize stock policies based on sales forecasts to ensure healthy stock levels
- Maintain regular contact with suppliers and manage the buying catalogue of products

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and consumer trend analysis
- Advanced Excel skills
- Native German speaker with fluent English; additional language proficiency (e.g., Spanish) is a plus
- At least 3 years of category management experience in eCommerce and the natural products industry
- Strong teamwork skills, proactivity, energy, and a collaborative mindset
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proven experience in oral and written interactions with suppliers and operations teams
- Willingness to travel to trade fairs and industry events
- Highly commercial profile, focused on identifying, sourcing, and developing new brands in their countries of origin
- Experience in developing category strategies and optimizing product assortment
