**WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?**
As part of our team, you will manage** face-to-face customer service tasks**at the logistics office located in Tres Cantos, dealing with internal customers, warehouse staff, and carriers.
- Management of local and intra-EU shipments of varying volumes and by all means of transport.
- Management of export/import operations, mainly for electronic devices and components.
- Management of shipments related to trade fairs.
- Record keeping, ensuring the traceability of logistics documents, and related administrative tasks.
- Participation in the review, improvement, and implementation of logistics and foreign trade procedures.
**WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?**
For this position, we are looking for **graduates with a Higher Level Vocational Training Certificate in International Trade, Logistics, or similar**. Experience in foreign trade and in the tasks described.
Knowledge of customs legislation and compliance in **international trade**, especially matters related to customs classification, customs value, rules of origin, special customs regimes, technical and environmental compliance requirements for the import and export of electrical and electronic equipment, and export control of dual-use products and technologies.
Advanced level of **Microsoft Office** (Outlook, Excel, Access).
