Jefe de Sector de restaurante y bar cafetería.
**Requisitos del Puesto**
- Supervisar y dirigir de manera efectiva las operaciones del restaurante, garantizando que se cumplan los estándares de calidad y servicio del hotel.
- Entrenar, liderar y motivar al personal del restaurante para ofrecer un servicio de alta calidad.
- Gestionar el inventario y el presupuesto del restaurante de manera eficiente.
- Resolver cualquier problema o desafío que surja en el restaurante y asegurar la satisfacción de los clientes.
- Habilidad para liderar y motivar al equipo, fomentando la excelencia en el servicio al cliente.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y resolución de problemas.
- Conocimiento profundo de las operaciones del restaurante y conicimiento de vinos
- Actitud competente, atención al detalle y buen trabajo en equipo
- Turno de tarde
- Buen nivlel de ingles B-1, se valoraran mas idiomas
