Tech customer support – renewable energy german native | english advanced | barcelona (on-site)

At FoundeverTM, we are hiring technically oriented professionals with native-level German to join an on-site support team in Barcelona for a leading renewable energy and solar technology company.

This role is ideal for candidates with a technical education or hands-on experience in electrical or energy-related environments who want to develop their career in a fast-growing, future-focused industry.

Core Technical Requirements

* Native or C2 level of German (mandatory)
* Advanced English (B2–C1) for internal documentation and training
* Residence in Spain and availability to work on-site in Barcelona

Technical Background (strongly required)

* Education or experience in electricity, electrotechnics, renewable energy or industrial technology
* Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in a clear, structured way
* Basic mathematical knowledge and ability to interpret technical data, diagrams and system readings

Technical Knowledge (highly valued)

* PV / Solar systems:
* - Solar modules and inverters
* - Monitoring, control and fault analysis
* Energy storage systems and basic grid connection principles
* Awareness of technical standards, regulations and safety requirements
* Interest or exposure to e-mobility solutions and sustainable energy technologies

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver second-level technical customer support for renewable energy solutions
* Diagnose and resolve technical incidents related to solar installations and systems
* Guide customers through technical troubleshooting processes
* Ensure accurate documentation and high service quality standards

What We Offer

* Salary up to €25,000 gross/year (21.500k gross per year + 3.500k in a Sign Bonus divided in 12 months)
* Permanent contract, full-time (39 hours/week)
* Fixed working schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.M. – 4:00 p.M.
* Fully paid technical training (5 weeks)
* - Training hours: 9:00 a.M. – 5:00 p.M.
* - Training salary: €1,415 gross/month
* Start date: 26/05/2026
