As Founding Strategic Partnership Manager for Factorial IT, you will design and lead the partner-driven go-to-market in the DACH region. You’ll translate product capabilities into compelling value for partners and customers, recruit and onboard key ecosystem players, and build the partner motion from scratch. You will align with Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience and drive revenue growth. This is a founding role with a clear path to leading the function and shaping Factorial IT’s strategic partnerships.

• Own Factorial IT end-to-end for partners, key accounts, and internal teams
• Translate product capabilities into clear value propositions
• Provide pre-sales support and trusted expertise in partner/customer discussions
• Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners (IT resellers, MSPs, device providers, telecoms)
• Integrate Factorial IT into partners’ portfolios and build long-term relationships
• Represent Factorial IT at partner meetings, events, and strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Implementation to deliver a consistent experience
• Define ICP/IPPs, sales motions, packaging, pricing, and objection handling
• Train and enable partners through onboarding, ongoing trainings, and hands-on deal support
• Design and execute the GTM for DACH; feed market insights to shape positioning and roadmap
• Track success via partner activation, pipeline growth, and revenue contribution
Responsabilidades xsgfvud
• 3+ years in pre-sales, solutions consulting, partnerships, or similar roles in B2B SaaS or IT
• Proven ability to build new motions from scratch in ambiguous environments
• Commercial mindset with hands-on deal experience
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
