Experteer Overview In this role you will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for the Moncada manufacturing plant, partnering with hiring managers to define requirements and sourcing strategies. You will attract and assess candidates for manufacturing, engineering and related roles, coordinating interviews and offers across a cross-functional team. You will also lead select talent acquisition programs, manage vendor services, and train stakeholders on recruitment processes to support Edwards’ expansion in Spain.
