We need you to build a deep understanding of opportunities and issues faced by the business functions and co-create the best IS/IT solutions to address these. Translate business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into IS/IT product requirements. Work with the IT Change & Release team to specify, test and deploy IS/IT solutions that meet the business requirements. You will be part of a high performing team in which you will have many opportunities to develop your career.**What you’ll do**- Partner with business and IS/IT to elicit, analyze, translate and document business requirements, pain points or opportunities into IS/IT solutions.- Consult with your product manager to define the minimum viable product (MVP) that satisfies the business needs.- Ensure that the Product/Product Group Managers and Business Relationship Manager (BRM) are supported in the development of their product strategies through incremental improvement.- Ensure that the program development, logic, process flows and specifications are analyzed, documented and tested.- Consult with other Product streams in Barcelona and propose improvement solutions.- Ensure that the training materials for the Product area are created and up-to-date.- Oversee the delivery of training to end users, deployment and support team.- Support the analysis and resolution of solution issues as part of the third level sustain activities.- Coach, motivate and direct business and IT staff to understand business needs and find the best solution that aligns with customer objectives and the IS/IT strategy.**We offer you**We offer more than just a job.
