CarlingPetri prides itself on creating seamless client experiences through in-depth market knowledge and exceptional customer service.Everyone in the team has equal respect for each other and we genuinely enjoy spending time with one another, inside and outside the office.Sales agent - What will you do and what is expected?Drive the full sales cycle to attain new business: make follow-up calls, meet up with customers for property viewings, assess business goals through qualifying, work with sales and marketing and close the dealUtilize online and offline sources to cultivate additional leads and develop/maintain your pipelineUtilize social media to promote properties and attract organic clientsAchieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetProvide data and insight to partners for strategic business planning on a monthly basisDevelop short term and long term goals and KPI for Listing departmentCreate a budget in order to achieve above mentioned goalsCarlingPetri expects that the majority of Your time will be devoted towards Sales Agent work however with an emphasis during the first few weeks to set the structure for the Listing Department as a number of workshops will have to be held to set the structure.Proven sales skills, contract negotiation abilities, and client relationship management experienceFluency in English and SpanishKnowledge of the real estate market, property sales processes, and industry-specific toolsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is preferredA beautiful office to work from in the centre of Nueva Andalucia.
