Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in IT
* Proficient in website development and implementation.
* Knowledgeable with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
* Strong technical aptitude and ability to navigate and manage and organize complex systems.
* Collaborative and able to coordinate with the marketing and customer relationship team.
* Proficiency in graphic design is a plus.
* Knowledgeable with Meta Pixel
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, implement, and monitor Pre-roll Ads, Search Ads, Display Ads, and Native Ads
* Manage, optimize, and navigate social media advertising campaigns, ensuring efficient execution, performance tracking and automation.
* Oversee SEO strategies, Google Maps, and Google Reviews to improve visibility and rankings.
* Manage website development, updates, and implementation, ensuring proper functionality, SEO, and lead capture.
* Administer CRM systems, ensuring leads from all campaigns are accurately routed to the Customer Relationship Team
* Serve as the primary conduit between marketing systems and the sales team, ensuring smooth lead handoff and follow-up.
* Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics across platforms.
* Troubleshoot technical issues across digital marketing platforms and tools.
* Maintain and organize a secure digital asset registry ensuring continuity, security and preventing loss of access.
* Support other non-marketing, IT-related tasks
