Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to accelerate the shift from traditional project management to data-driven, transparent, and collaborative delivery powered by the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Xray). You will act as both hands-on coach and change agent, guiding teams and leadership to replace PowerPoints, Excel trackers, and SteerCos with real-time dashboards, automated reporting, and modern agile practices
Key Responsibilities
1. Agile & Ways-of-Working Coaching• Coach squads, product managers, and business stakeholders on Agile, Lean, and modern delivery practices .• Facilitate the transition from classical PM to Atlassian-powered delivery : Jira boards, Confluence roadmaps, OKR alignment, automated metrics.• Design and run training sessions, workshops, and team working agreements to embed consistent practices across departments
2. Atlassian Adoption & Evangelization• Promote best-practice usage of Jira, Confluence, and Xray ; act as the internal voice of Atlassian adoption.• Partner with the Atlassian Administrator to shape templates, workflows, and governance aligned with modern ways of working.• Onboard new teams: guide board setup, backlog creation, planning, reporting, and metric interpretation
3. Organizational Transformation• Lead change-management initiatives to improve transparency and reduce manual reporting.• Replace legacy methods with:– Jira dashboards & automated metrics– Confluence status pages & roadmaps– Jira Plans for dependency management• Embed Atlassian tools into governance and portfolio-level processes in collaboration with leadership
4. Collaboration & Enablement• Work closely with the Atlassian Administrator to prioritize enhancements, validate configurations, and improve user experience.• Translate user needs into clear functional requirements for admin configuration.• Create and maintain training materials, playbooks, and onboarding guides
Required Profile & Experience
Core Experience
* 6+ years in agile coaching, delivery leadership, or transformation roles within complex, global organizations
* Proven success driving culture change and tool adoption at scale (hundreds of users).
* Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries is a strong plus.
Technical Skills
* Hands-on expertise with Jira Software and Confluence: boards, workflows, dashboards, hierarchies, and team configurations.
* Ability to translate ways-of-working practices into Jira setups (templates, automation, reporting).
* Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and their implementation in Atlassian tools.
* Bonus: exposure to Xray, ScriptRunner, Advanced Roadmaps, and DevOps/CI/CD visibility
