We are looking for as IT Financial Operations Business Analyst to be part of our IT Finance & Legal team.**Position Snapshot**- Location: Barcelona- Type of Contract: Permanent 100% - Stream: Finance & Legal- Type of work: Hybrid- Work Language: Fluent Business English**The role**In this position, you will serve as a liaison between the IS/IT & business consumers and customers. As part of the product team, you bring deep understanding to the opportunities and issues facing your business function and advice on the best solutions. You further translate business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into IS/IT product requirements, and play a key role within the product team to specify, test and deploy those as global IS/IT solutions for the Group.**What you’ll do**- Key assignment will be to drive the S/4 Hana core ERP implementation for the General Ledger and Asset products.- Take ownership to define, drive and deliver the technology roadmap together with the Product Manager, the solution architect, and the Business stakeholders for the area in scope, by analyzing, documenting and testing program development, logic, process flows, and specifications. - Partner with business and IS/IT to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements, pain points or opportunities into IS/IT requirements.- Identify gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement and opportunities for process automation.- Develop, motivate and direct staff belonging to various organizations (business and IS/IT) to understand the business needs and find the best solution that will both align with the customer objectives and the IS/IT strategy.**We offer you**We offer more than just a job.
