Create and support reporting and analysis in Amplitude front end
- Execute adhoc, standard, and customized reports while maintaining consistent, standardized reporting procedures
- Power BI presentation layer development
- Automated report creation/design/implementation from requirements gathering through to production support
- Integrate data from different sources and track online performance as it relates to the total multi-channel business
- Partner with other analysts and business partners to create and present cross-functional view of the customer
- Support and utilize our DW to provide critical analysis and recommendations based on analysis (“data driven insights”)

- 2+ years of work experience in a reporting/analytics discipline, preferably in eCommerce or Financial Services
- Thorough knowledge, understanding and experience with Data Analytics, SQL, Web Analytics, Segmentation, Excel, BI Software. Multivariate Analysis a plus.
- Experience in using T-SQL against broad data sets including stored procedures, UDFs, SSIS
- Experience in using presentation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, Excel, etc.) Strong preference for Amplitude experience
- Experience with ETL concepts preferred
- Experience in Power BI preferred
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills with a propensity to take things apart and see how they work
- Highly proficient computer skills with the ability to merge web analytic data with additional behavior data to have a robust view of the customer
- Passion for the online space with a solid understanding of interactive channels (search, online media, website development, etc.) and direct marketing principles desired
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with interpersonal and influencing skills (at all levels internally, externally and cross-functionally) including expert Excel and data display presentation
- Self-directed and self-motivated with a demonstrated strength in planning, organizing and project management skills to meet deadline
- Experience in mobile, digital payments and/or financial services a strong plus
