About the Role:
REGIONAL ECOMMERCE MEDIA MANAGER (North America)
The Regional eCommerce Media Manager will lead the eCommerce media buying strategy for the US and Canada. This role involves understanding the local context, setting regional goals, and collaborating with the CoE to implement effective campaigns on eRetailer platforms.
Main Responsibilities:
* Monitor local competitors, analyze regional trends, and adapt strategies accordingly.
* Define and execute regional eCommerce media buying strategies for Retail Media activities on eRetailer platforms.
* Translate category/channel data into shopper insights, actionable campaign strategies, and new expansion opportunities.
* Forecast regional budgets for the long-middle term while agilely adjusting allocation and campaign strategies based on market trends.
* Optimize regional advertising budgets and guide keyword selection based on market trends.
* Collaborate with the CoE and provide continuous knowledge transfer, brand training, and ongoing category insights.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders (local media teams, sales teams, shopper and marketing teams).
* Provide regular reports & insights on regional performance with an action plan.
About You:Experience:
* Proven experience in managing eCommerce media buying campaigns, with hands-on experience in Amazon Ads.
* Proven examples of driving platform adoption or system change within previous organizations.
Qualifications:
* In-depth knowledge of the local eCommerce landscape and consumer behavior.
* Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
* Excellent communication abilities in English.
* Familiarity with regional compliance and advertising regulations in the US and Canada.
