Job Title: Sales Manager (Spain)Full‐time position with career advancement opportunities. Immediate opening based in Spain. Availability required Monday to Friday and willingness to travel. Must be legally working in Spain.

Responsibilities

Work independently to achieve sales growth and reach targets for MedChemExpress products in your sales area.

Promote the MedChemExpress brand and products within the responsible sales area.

Interact well with customers, maintain good relationships, visit customers regularly, and develop new customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Professionally receive customer calls, chats, and emails regarding orders and technical questions.

Communicate accurate information regarding products, prices, availability, and current promotions to customers.

Act as an effective team player to ensure the highest level of efficiency and success.

Cooperate with the BD manager and marketing manager to participate in product branding and marketing events.

Collect local market and industry information, conduct market research, and share findings with the team to support marketing strategies.

Demonstrate excellent business communication skills (verbal, written, presentation), organizational skills, and computer proficiency.

Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about the company, competitors, and industry from existing customers and potential leads.

Accept customer inquiries and build customer files; follow up on order processing, delivery, and after‐sale service.

Attend exhibitions, scientific conferences, and trade shows; develop marketing campaigns; collect customer information.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in life science, bioscience, biology, pharmacy, chemistry, drug chemistry, biochemistry, or related disciplines.

Familiarity with the biological, biomedical, biochemical, or pharmaceutical industry and at least three years of relevant experience (preferred).

Willingness to engage in sales work and withstand certain work pressure.

Friendly, talkative, open‐minded, with a strong sense of responsibility.

Good communication skills, ambition, and strong customer‐service awareness.

Fluent in Spanish and English, both oral and written.

High level of self‐motivation and perseverance.
