**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
As a Product Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- ** Product Strategy & Roadmap**: Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and long-term vision.
- **Feature Prioritization**: Define and prioritize product features and user requirements based on market research and stakeholder input.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with development teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track and analyze product performance, making adjustments as needed to meet business goals.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of the product vision and strategy.
- **Launch Management**: Develop and execute product launch plans, coordinating activities across multiple teams.
- **KPI Development**: Define, measure, and communicate key performance indicators to evaluate the product's success and impact on business objectives.

**Requisitos**:
We are hiring a professional who meets the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
- At least **5 years of experience**in software product management, preferably within industrial or construction-related environments
- A strong understanding of **agile methodologies** and the software development lifecycle.
- Excellent **communication skills and interpersonal skills** to work in a team environment.
- Exceptional **analytical and problem-solving**:
- Proven ability to **manage multiple priorities and projects** in a fast-paced environment.
