NewCold’s continuous growth means we are constantly recruiting people worldwide to build our success. For our global Engineering Team, we are looking for an enthusiastic Project Engineer.
Responsibilities
* Managing the development, implementation, and evaluation of complex designs.
* Overseeing product construction and testing to ensure completion of projects as efficiently and effectively as possible.
* Evaluating and improving changes that substantially impact the scope, budget or schedule of a project.
* Monitoring the engineering process based on quality and Total Cost of Ownership.
* Ensuring compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
* Providing input regarding project outcomes and resolving escalated issues arising from operations in coordination with another department.
* Giving engineering life‑cycle support to built‑up warehouses.
* Providing support to Business Development initiatives.
Qualifications
* Master’s degree or relevant experience in Electrical Engineering.
* At least 4 to 10 years of engineering project experience in logistic real estate.
* Experience in leading smaller engineering project teams.
* Willingness to travel fairly regularly.
* Comfortable working in an international and dynamic work environment.
* Highly proficient in English; any other European language is a plus.
