How you will make an impact:
1. Coordinate and support documentation related to marketing campaigns and sales activities.
2. Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
3. Support event planning and logistics for marketing initiatives, including congresses, workshops, and customer meetings.
4. Handle purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking for marketing and sales projects.
5. Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and account information.
6. Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring compliance with brand and regulatory guidelines.
7. Schedule and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and follow-up actions.
8. Provide administrative support to the sales team.
Whatyou’llneed:
9. Enrolled University studentbachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management or equivalent field in your last year of the degree.
10. Experience and interest in Marketing and Events organization.
11. Ability to work in a team environment, including remote collaboration.
12. High levelof English and Spanish(written and verbal).
13. Communication and relationship-building skills.
14. Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
15. Good computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
16. Adaptability and willingness to work on both creative and administrative tasks.
