Job Description
Advance your career with Amaris Consulting as an Application Support Technician. Join an international team, grow within a global group with a turnover of 800 million euros, over 1,000 clients worldwide, and an agile environment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience providing functional application support and resolving infrastructure-related incidents, comfortable working with tools like ServiceNow, and supporting Windows and Citrix environments. Fluency in Spanish is required for this position.
What will you need?
* 2 to 3 years of experience as an Application Support Technician.
* Experience in Windows and Citrix environments.
* Solid knowledge of ITIL Foundation practices;
* Microsoft Fundamentals certification and version control tools like Git are a plus.
* Familiarity with VPN connections and basic SQL queries.
* Proven experience supporting Level 2 (L2) incidents and filtering issues.
* Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken). Technical English (reading / writing) is valued.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
What will you do?
* Provide first-level diagnosis and functional support for business applications.
* Manage and resolve infrastructure incidents using ServiceNow.
* Support users in Windows and Citrix environments.
* Escalate technical incidents following standard procedures.
* Collaborate with international teams to ensure service continuity.
* Participate in onboarding and initial face-to-face training.
* Provide remote support after training, maintaining high service standards.
