**Major accountabilities**:
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Assessing HSE criteria for all new projects
- Working in a multifunctional team to manage the projects
- Overseeing the project management office for the construction works.
- Provide HSE guidance during the design of User Requirements Specifications and during change management activities.
- Inform, train and share best practices to all associates
- Manage HSE risk assessment for all jobs
- Promoting and integrating prevention as key feature in the project
- Lead the investigation on accidents and follow-up on action plans
- Control and follow-up on CAPA, HSE KPIs. Promote HSE net tools use
- Participate in planning for preventive initiatives, work permissions and self-protection plans.
- Being part of the company's Health protection service.
**What you'll need to bring to the role**:
- Engineering degree
- Master in Health & Safety is mandatory
- 5-7 years experience in industrial HSE roles with strong focus on safety, or consulting.
- Sound knowledge of HAZOP, ATEX, Self-protection Plans, What-if studies,
- Fluent English & Spanish
- Knowledge of the pharma industry
- Environmental management expertise
- Project management skills
